Returns and Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is “defective”. If you receive a “defective” item, please contact us at 832-591-0090 within 15 days of the receiving date, providing details of the product and the defect.

Upon receipt of the returned “defective” product, our team will fully examine the item in detail, then notify you via e-mail or phone as to whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement due to the defect. If you are eligible for a replacement, we will replace the product if possible, or refund the purchase price through the original method of payment.
